Cook Tip Of The Day

Okay, one of us has done a crap ass job about posting and it is the one who didn't make the flan.....

So to make up, cooking tip of the day!

When making anything in a muffin/cupcake what have you pan you use either paper cooking cups or a non stick agent.

Lets assume you are using a nonstick agent, preferably a spray.

If you are using a larger muffin pan that has more holes than you do mix, don't fret. Spray your pan as per usual and pour your mix.

Before you put your pan and mix into the oven add at least 1/4 of a cup of water to the empty muffin holes. Doing this will give you an easier clean up job and will keep your spray from building up a residue that you really don't want on your pans.
